Very happy to hear that you had no problems with the sock at Disney - though I would have expected no less. I did see a woman have a pair of scissors taken away a few years ago (she forgot they were in the diaper bag, so they held them at the gate shop and she had to pick them up on her way out). I knit at Disney all the time (FL not CA though)...would have taken it yesterday but it was a little heavier than I wanted to carry through Epcot. My friend bought two knitting kits in Norway at the Dale exhibit though, and she learned continental while we waited on the American Adventure show. :) What a great trip!
